arriving day of my holiday

Today we arrived at our surprise holiday and it is beautiful ,they have lots of things to do and  beautiful sites to see .some of the things they have are:

*water park
*swimming pool
*giant jumping pillow
*pedal carts
*mini putt putt
*toddler toy box
*beach
*great fishing sites
*movie hire

we didn't do anything today so we just relaxed and looked around .Mostly we just hired a movie and watched it that day ,but we also found out that the beach was giant and took ages to get from one end to the other.

Spring Is Here

Spring's here and nothing is dull ,the flowers are blooming, there is nature every where so lets hope no one is sleeping in. If that's you still in your pajamas get up and get enjoying that beautiful sun.

These are a few things you could be doing instead of sleeping, swimming,riding your bike, going for a walk in the sun ,fishing ,going to the park,going to the beach if you have one or even just enjoying the sun, so that means there is no reason for you to be in your pyjamas, in bed even though i might be right now.

In year 4 already its awesome and nerve raking!But there are lots more things you get to do.

perching ginger bread house

Here is the recipe
Ingredients:

150g butter,chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup treacle
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 1/2 cups plain flour

Royal iceing;

4 egg whites
6 cups pure icing sugar,sifted
2 teaspoons lemon juice

1.]And then roll it out thick enough that when put together they won't fall over.
2.]Then cut out all the shapes and put them in the oven at 160 deg Celsius
3.]After 15  minutes take them out and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.

4.]Then put then put them together but before you decorate wait 10 minutes for it to go hard.
5.]Decorate them with friends or by yourself.

Hello it's that time again,Christmas!
There are so many things to do,Dinner for the family,put decorations up and one more thing dessert.

Here is something easy,a ginger bread house that can perch on the side of your cup now isn't that cool!
