perching ginger bread house

Here is the recipe
Ingredients:

150g butter,chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup treacle
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 1/2 cups plain flour

Royal iceing;

4 egg whites
6 cups pure icing sugar,sifted
2 teaspoons lemon juice

1.]And then roll it out thick enough that when put together they won't fall over.
2.]Then cut out all the shapes and put them in the oven at 160 deg Celsius
3.]After 15  minutes take them out and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.


4.]Then put then put them together but before you decorate wait 10 minutes for it to go hard.
5.]Decorate them with friends or by yourself.
